Neuromum Navigator is designed to help parents, guardians, and caregivers record daily routines, wellbeing patterns, activities, notes, and reports relating to a child’s day-to-day support needs.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have in relation to that information.
1. Who may use Neuromum Navigator
Neuromum Navigator is intended for use by adults, including parents, guardians, and authorised caregivers. It is not intended for direct use by children.
By creating an account and adding information about a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent, legal guardian, or an authorised caregiver with permission to provide and manage that information.

This may include the child’s name or nickname, age or date of birth, general support needs, school or care context, and other profile details you choose to add.
Daily check-in information

Medication and supplement information
You may choose to record medication or supplement names, strengths, doses, instructions, or timing. This information is for tracking and reporting only.
Care team information
You may choose to record details about healthcare professionals, therapists, teachers, appointments, or support contacts.
Reports and exported information
The app may generate summaries or reports based on the information you enter.
Support and communication information
If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, message content, and related support information.
Technical information
We may collect basic technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app. This may include device type, app version, crash logs, error logs, and usage events, depending on the tools enabled in the app.

You should only enter information that you are authorised to provide. You should avoid entering unnecessary information, especially information that is not relevant to using the app.

Neuromum Navigator is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition.
Information generated by the app is for personal organisation, reflection, and discussion with appropriately qualified professionals. Always speak to a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about diagnosis, treatment, medication, supplements, therapy, or care plans.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information.
