About Us
Welcome to Neuromum.
If you are raising a neurodivergent child, you already know how overwhelming the health side can be. One person swears by a supplement. Another says it is a waste of time and money. Someone else recommends a product you cannot even find in South Africa, or it is priced like gold. And somewhere in all that noise, you are just trying to make a calm, sensible decision that actually helps your child.
I’m a South African mum of a neurodivergent child. I do a lot of research. I read the studies, dig into ingredients, compare brands, look for quality signals like proper testing, and try to separate what is promising from what is pure marketing. Not because I enjoy spreadsheets (although I do), but because I want choices that are realistic, safe, and worth the money.
Neuromum is where I turn that research into practical support for other families, including:
-
simple, clear guides that help you make decisions without overwhelm
-
tools and trackers you can actually use day-to-day
-
product recommendations that focus on value and quality, not hype
-
and, over time, products built for neurodivergent families in South Africa, with transparency and sensible pricing
I’m here to support better decisions with less stress, using the best evidence we have, and a very real understanding of what daily life looks like in a neurodivergent family.
We spend a lot of time reviewing supplements used in neurodivergent support—what they’re for, what the evidence says, and how to track whether they help.
We are not doctors, and we do not diagnose, cure, or treat any condition. We’re here to empower the neurodivergent community with knowledge, transparency, and choice.
This is my family below, I am sure you will find our tools and guides useful.
